
On 1st July, 2025, DMKK celebrated National Doctors’ Day to honor the dedication and service of doctors. The program included felicitation of doctors, cultural performances by specially-abled children, and inspiring speeches by dignitaries.
Dantan Manav Kalyan Kendra (DMKK) joyfully celebrated National Doctors’ Day at its premises to honor the dedicated service of doctors who work selflessly for the well-being of society. The program began with a warm welcome of the invited doctors, who were felicitated with flowers, mementos, and tokens of gratitude by the organizers. The event highlighted the invaluable role of doctors in community health, especially in rural and underprivileged areas. During the celebration, the dignitaries spoke on the significance of the day, remembering the contribution of Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy, whose birth and death anniversary is observed as Doctors’ Day. They emphasized the importance of health awareness, preventive care, and the compassionate service that doctors provide.
Specially-abled children of DMKK presented cultural performances, adding grace and warmth to the occasion. The doctors expressed their happiness and encouraged the children, appreciating the efforts of DMKK in healthcare, rehabilitation, and community service.The program concluded with a vote of thanks by the Secretary of DMKK, acknowledging the relentless service of doctors and their partnership in building a healthier society.
