World Disability Day Celebration - 2025
On 3 December 2025, Dantan Manav Kalyan Kendra (DMKK) proudly observed the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, reaffirming our commitment to inclusion, dignity, and equal opportunities for all.
The day began with a colourful awareness rally from the DMKK campus to Dantan Sarai Bazar, with the participation of children with disabilities, parents, caregivers, and community members. A cultural programme followed, where specially-abled children showcased their talents through music, dance, recitation, and sports activities, inspiring everyone present.
Honoured guests shared valuable insights on the importance of this day, emphasizing the need to build an inclusive and accessible society and to uphold the rights, potential, and abilities of persons with disabilities.
