DMKK all the year round in collaboration with different philanthropic agencies has been conducting several health related programmes totally free of cost including Health Check up Camp, Eye Camp, Cataract operation camp, Cleft lip & Palate surgery, Tuberculosis Eradication Programme and facilitating a Rogi Sahayata Kendra.

Dantan Manav Kalyan Kendra regularly conducts eye camps in collaboration with Rotary Eye Hospital, Midnapur in different locations of Paschim Medinipur district. Cataract operation is done at Rotary Eye Hospital, Midnapur.

DMKK in collaboration with Dantan Rural Hospital has been running a Rogi Sahayata Kendra at Dantan Rural Hospital. Two Rogi Sahayaks are engaged to provide services & information to the patients & their relatives. The Rogi Sahayata Kendra is being run under Swastha Sathi Scheme. Many people got the facilities of it and they got the primary information then and there.

DMKK in collaboration with Health & Family Welfare Samity, Paschim Medinipur was running a programme to ‘Control TB in Urban Slum’ at Kharagpur Municipality. 04 volunteers were engaged. We are working on 20000 population covering 06 wards in Kharagpur Municipality.

DMKK in collaboration with Kharagpur blood bank & Midnapur blood bank organizes 3 to 4 blood donation camps every year. Youths and women donate blood. Every blood donne is given certificate and credit card after donation of blood.
